Many users face problems with fonts and they are often some of the more diffuclt to solve. Disabling the wrong font in one of the font management programs like Suitcase or FontAgentPro can spell disaster. First never turn off Apple's Helvetica, or any other font found in /System/Library/Fonts. To assist your font management in Entourage, I’m happy to pass along this tip by Kurt D. I know everyone is busy and doesn't have a lot of time to actually watch webinars, but Apple does offer some good ones free. In particular, they offer one on Font Management For Creative Professionals.You have to have an ID to take the course, but it is all free when you sign up and you can take almost all the courses 24/7/365.
