Yves Cornil has placed several excellent Quick-Start guides in French for Entourage 2008. The tutorials are available both in HTML and PDF (for online or off-line reading) and cover numerous areas that should help beginners to better understand how to setup Entourage to suit their needs. In addition to the written tutorials, several videos (still in French) are also available on the site.
