Dutch 12.0.1 patch to fix rules

The Dutch 12.0.1 patch is now updated at Microsoft download site. If you are using 12.0.0. version, download 12.1 upgrade patch. Restart after installing and run Repair Permissions.

The crash problem with rules shouldn't appear anymore.
